CUSTOM PET PORTRAITS
Unfortunately custom-made items cannot be returned unless faulty.

PRINTS
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it in its original condition, packaging and within 14 days of purchase. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

UK SHIPPING
Artwork will be appropriately packed with care and shipped via Royal Mail. UK customers post will require a signature on arrival. Your purchase will be shipped within 3 working days after artwork approval.

EU & INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
EU and International orders being shipped outside of the UK will be subject to customs/import duties and tax charges once they reach their destination country. This cost is not covered by Wetnose Watercolours and you will be responsible for paying any additional charges that may occur.

I will refund customers in full after 25 working days of shipping date if your painting has not been received. This applies to European and International customer only. UK customers will be refunded in 7 working days.
